Fergal O’Sullivan

Senior Associate Consultant

 

Fergal O’Sullivan has over 25 years of management experience, almost half of which have been working in and on behalf of the not-for-profit sector, including five years most recently developing talent management solutions on behalf of a range of social impact organisations recruiting at both senior and graduate levels. 

He also has over 16 years of not-for-profit board experience, as a past Chairperson of My Legacy and past Board Member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Dublin Youth Dance Company and most recently HIV Ireland, where he was also Chair of their Governance Committee. 

Fergal has worked in several leadership roles within the not-for-profit sector, including as CEO of the Coeliac Society of Ireland and Boardmatch, as well as Head of Fundraising with Make-A-Wish and NCBI, and has been involved in the development and delivery of strategic plans for several organisations, in both a senior management role and at Board level. 

His most recent work with OKC has been in the area of organisational review, supporting clients who are preparing their teams for the next stage in their strategic development, ensuring they are ready to face the expected challenges and have the impact they wish to have.
